Product Change!

After doing a little research, select a card you would like (from the same credit card issuer). Give your credit card issuer a call and request a product change to the card with no annual fee. You should be able to keep the same card number and the same account age...So likely no impact on your score. Capital One will do this...Not sure about other banks. If they won't upgrade you to a product change, you could always ask to get the annual fee removed.

Get the new card FIRST before closing the other one.
