Can't say what it would be.  Try the score simulator program for a good estimation.  Paying off the collections would improve your score and developing a good habit of paying all bills on time will improve your score even more.

In most cases, paying off collections does NOT improve scores. You need to get the collections removed from your reports for help to your scores as well as credit profile. Do some reading on "PAY FOR DELETE AGREEMENTS" as that is what you want to get. Do some serious research on all of this before you take any action.
