What would be the best way to get a list of all the creditors I owe money to? About to sell house.
About to sell house and plan to use equity to pay off debt. Would be nice to have a list of all creditors I owe. How do I go about doing that? Thank you.

One way to find out is right here on credit karma website.  CK gives reports based on information provided by the three credit reporting bureaus.  Another way is to get your report for free through annualcreditreport.com.  Whatever you owe will show up on your credit report, though any unpaid debt older than seven years (and without contact from you in those 7 years) shouldn't be on the report anymore.

Look at all three credit reports, Transunion, Equifax and Experian and you get get a list of some of your lenders there, BUT all of the entities that you owe may not report to the credit bureaus, so I guess this may be a little difficult for you to determine. In most cases, when you owe someone money they will send you bills to remind you, so keep an eye on your mail. Sit down and try to make a list of everyone you believe you owe. Put money away if you are unsure if you have covered them all, then if any come out of the woodwork later, you will have the funds to pay them. Be certain to keep better tabs on your finances from here on out.

I don't mean to be rude but how do you not know who you owe money to? As stated above, pull your reports from all 3 bureaus and compile a list.
