What to do with profit from the sale of our house?
We will be making a large profit off our house when we sell it. Should we use it all as a down payment or use a chunk of it to pay off other debts such as student loans and credit card debt?

First, see what kind of tax will be owed on the sale, you may need to put money back for that. Whatever you want to do with the remaining money is up to you, but the wisest financial decision would be to pay off your bills to avoid interest, then with the extra money that you have each month save up for the downpayment on the next house.
