Maybe arrange a fight to the death between them and sell enough tickets to pay off the debt? ;)
--

In all seriousness, it is illegal (if not un-kosher) to sell a debt to two agencies and have them try to collect at the same time, so one of them has to relinquish their claim on the debt.

Your best bet is to arrange a 3-way phone call so that both of them are on the same line talking to each other while talking to you. Be sure to 1) not own up to the debt if they cannot prove it, and 2) record the conversation if you can (most smartphones can do all of this at the same time.)
