What??? You applied for a credit card that was shown here and didn't get it?  Have you ever seen any guarantees on this site that you WILL get a credit card that might be recommended?? I haven't!!

Credit Karma is all about teaching people how to build and maintain a good credit score.  It is FREE to us because  the advertising credit card companies are paying for the site (and it DOES COST money to set up and maintain an Internet site).  The information used to "recommend" a card for you is not complete, because it is based only on that provided byTransunion.  There are THREE credit bureaus that are used to determine credit worthiness.

The purpose of Credit Karma is to provide the advice (see the Articles) and online interactive tools so people can learn how to build and maintain a good credit score.  I've used it and find it helpful.  You could likely benefit, too, if you really want a better credit score.
