The easiest thing to do is pay down all your credit cards below 30% of the limit at least. The more the better. Then if you have derogatory remarks on your report (collections, judgements, charge offs, tax leans) and lots of late payments then you need Lexington law for about six months or so to get rid of some of these bad marks.
