Vantage Score 3.0 advertiser $$$ reason for web site changes!!
OBVIOUSLY, the "reason" for changing the user interface is to give the credit companies (who support this site) an opportunity to charge consumers who have become used to seeing more complete information. They count on the fact that you will want more information than the (now) small amount provided here, so that you will go to them directly and 'pay' for more information. Really isn't "free" after-all.

Hi Babscredit,

Thanks for posting. I'd be happy to clear up some of these misconceptions.

Credit Karma is an independently owned and operated business. We purchase credit scores and reports directly from the credit bureaus and provide them to our members for free.  We have actually doubled our free offerings to now include weekly credit reports from two bureaus instead of just one. The information we provide is now more complete than ever before.  We have continuously changed our interface and added more features (like free credit monitoring) since the site's introduction in 2008. We do this in an effort to make the website more modern and efficient.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns, I'd be happy to address them.
