A judgement is a legal decision and order for payment.  This could have happened if a creditor filed a lawsuit against you but you did not appear in court, [or it just could be a clerical error.  Go to annualcreditreport.com and get copies of all three credit reports.  Look for the "Public Records" area and see if this judgement is showing.  All relevant information should show.  If this is still a puzzle, file disputes with each of the credit bureaus showing this. It is not unusual to have errors pop up on credit reports due to human imperfection. That is why we are strongly advised to check our credit reports once a year.
