lenders don't report to everyone

Lenders are not required to report to all 3 bureaus. So you may have an account that reports to one and not the other, and that's impacting your score. Especially true if it's a Credit Card because it impacts your total credit available which impacts the calculation of how much of your credit your using, which impacts your score.
