To pay down credit cards or pay things off
What is better to improve my credit score? Is it better to pay all credit cards down to 26% of total balances, or is it better to pay a loan off and few small balance cards.

Best to pay everything in full as soon as possible.  Credit cards you want to keep at no more than 10% usage with the goal of paying in full when the bill comes in every month.  Paying interest on a purchase is so foolish, unless absolutely necessary and, even then, getting accounts paid in full quickly is the ideal goal.
