Closed account in good standing can last in your report up to 10 years. The question is why would anyone want to remove their positive accounts? It's not directly or  specificlly towards Op, this type of question probably being asked 5 times a day! Is it somehow they think removing a positive account can improve their credit profile/scores. You are removing good credit history from 2006, how can that possibly do you any good?

Thank you for the reply.  I just wondered about it.  This was a credit card I maxed out then didnt pay.  Then a debt collector offered a settlement.  So being I took the settlement this classifies as a "good" account?  This doesnt even show on my history for age wise :( My credit age is only 2 years 3 mons as of today.

Most negative accounts remain for seven years and accounts closed in good standing remain for ten plus years. There is nothing negative shown on the details that you provided, so that is why the account remains. As said, NEVER try to remove positive accounts from your reports. Please do some further reading on all credit topics.
