there is a card on my report that i have no knowledge of.

Then you file a dispute with each credit bureau showing this and you can do so online.  How to do so is covered in one of the articles on this site, which I recommend reading.

User type

What kind of user are you on the account? If you're and authorized user, a family member might have addd you to one of their credit lines and they guaranteed they'll pay off any debt you rack up. It's not uncommon for parents to do this for children as it builds credit and the kids have an "emergency" card.

If you're the account holder, you'll want to look into it more for sure as there could be fraud involved.
