there are accounts shown on my transunion & ect. that are not shown here
i have 2 paid off car loans not shown on credit karma, but are shown on my credit reports from transunion, and other 2 major credit bureaus. why are they not being shown on this site? it says credit karma is with transunion so why would it not have the info they have? and i guess this site is free because they have virtually no customer service.

What shows here is not a problem because the information here is never released to anyone else.  It is to be used by YOU on this site so you can see what could happen to your credit if you do certain things.  That is why there are articles here on credit items (please read them) and interactive tools so you can see what effect certain decisions you might make would have on your credit.  Credit Karma was set up to help people LEARN how to build and maintain a good credit score, because too many peoiple are totally clueless about credit.
