There are 3 items on my credit report that I should not be named on. How do I get them removed?
Two Items are Chase Home loans that I signed quit claim on in my divorce.
One is a Home Depot Card my Ex husband still has.

If they were joint accounts originally the credit history associated with them is yours and will remain on your credit report.  7 years for the home loan and the credit card is dependant upon your states rules.
