the negative accounts that are showing belong to my ex...I put the house in his name and he is respo
name totally..why am i pentalized for his late payments? I have not interests in the home at all

Are you listed as a co-applicant or as a "authorized user"?  If you are an authorized user you can provide your name & social and they will remove you, this should also remove all back dated reporting.  If you are a co-applicant then you are legally financially responsible.  In this case you should be able to close the credit cards, which would prevent future late payments.
