The billing intra-cycle balance variations
It seems bogus to reduce (or increase) any credit score between the beginning and end of each billing cycle for consumers who regularly pay off their entire monthly balance. Adjusting credit scores for intra-cycle balance variations (credit card utilization %) is meaningless and could be harmful for credit worthy customers who may take advantage of "free" short term credit offerings at the expense of lowering credit scores.
