The Bank of America reports that i filed Bankruptcy on my Home Loan
The B of A continues to report that I filed Bankruptcy on my home loan, yet at the same time reports that my payment history on the loan is current. It is my understanding that reporting false statements on a credit report is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have requested that they remove this untruth but they continue to refuse. Is there anyway I might get hem to abide by the FCRA?
Thank you
