Tax liens, I have no property, so how can I have tax liens.
I have no property, my ex-wife took that in 2002, and also my student loan was sold to another service. I paid my St Joseph medical center bills on the day of service

Might be a Federal IRS lien, county or state lien.  Any outstanding unpaid court fees, parking tickets, toll fees etc?

You're entitled to one free credit report from each of the three credit bureaus annually. I suggest you obtain one and see what the lien is.
