What's the question?

Are you asking if it can be done? If so, you can't unless the lender and other co signer agree to it. That typically means that the person who you cosigned with has a good enough credit profile that the lender would have approved on his/her own.

In short, it's possible but very difficult

Once you cosign, you are obligated until the loan is paid off and closed.
