"Taken for a ride" by town for ambulance I refused
I was charged by a town's fire department for an ambulance, which I signed a waiver to NOT use (a standard "refusal of care" waiver--and yes, I read it before I signed it, but was not given a copy of it). The town sent me a bill for the amulance, which I disputed, then put the bill in collections, which is now on my credit report. How do I resolve this?
