Student loan consolidation
If I have loans without interest, then I should keep them out of consolidation package right? Do zero or low interest loans do anything to lower the overall interest rates?

When you consolidate, they average out your interest rate, so if you keep them out of the consolidation you will have a higher interest rate for the ones you consolidate.  If you add them in, your consolidation interest rate will be lower.  Do some math and figure out what makes the most sense.  Also, the NSLDS website will let you play around with the numbers etc. before you commit to filing the consolidation, so you can check out the different scenarios.
