If this is your debt, youi are still going to pay it, but those collection calls can be ended by telling the collectors that calls are very inconvenient and that, as is your right under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you will only accept communications regarding this debt via US Mail.  Then, do not accept any more phone calls and remind them that you will only accept written communications.

​If this debt is not yours, just let the collector know that.  I was renting a house and received calls from collectors for a previous tenant.  I just told the collector that the party they were trying to reach no longer lived at that address and i had no knowledge of where he was. No further calls from that point on.
