Still paying on loans discharged by Chapter 7 Bankruptcy - Lenders not reporting payments
The loans on our car and condo were discharged by Chap 7. Got rid of credit cards and other loans but needed to keep these two items. To postpone repo on car and foreclosure on home, we were able to continued the monthly payments. The lenders are not reporting that we are current on these loans?
Can we add anything to our credit reports showing that we are making timely payments for the last year?
