Statue of Limitations not followed
TransUnion is not following Statue of Limitations for my state of GA. I have disputed with the businesses and with TransUnion. GA Statue of Limitations is 6 years but the items will remain on credit report for seven years. How is this to be handled?

Statue of Limitations are usually refer to length of time the creditor/collection agency can bring a lawsuit to seeking judgment against you.

The reportable date is 7 years plus 180 days from Date Of First Delinquency, typically its when last time you didn't pay that led up to such action.
