Should i pay my closed credit cards in full, or wait until they sell it off to a colector?

You want to keep it from going

to collections.  If the account was recently closed you may be able to keep it from going to collections by contacting the original lender and working out a payment plan or paying it off in full. 

If it goes to collections that info will stay on your report for 7 years.  If you can work a deal with the comapny they can remove derogitory remarks and update your report once its paid, but nly if you get an agreement before hand.  if possible get it in writing before paying them so that you can make them stick to their deal.
