Should i pay dept in collection?
I have raised my score about 100 points in the last year by paying on my auto loan on time and paying extra when I can (at least $100 extra every month). But apparently my score is still low because I have four items in collection. All four items combined equal about $1,400. But the problem is, everyone tells me that paying it won't help my score.

So should I continue to ignore them and watch my credit go up slowly?

Or pay them all off?

Should I add a secured loan or credit card to help improve my score?
