Interest rates will decide that. Where can you get the best interest rates? If your credit is good then you should try to find a new card with a 0% intro rate on balance transfers. If your credit isn't sufficient to get a new card with a zero percent rate, then transferring the balance to a card that you already have with a much lower interest rate may be a good idea. Always read the terms on balance transfers as there is usually fees for the transfer and you could lose the grace period on the card you are transferring to. Chase Bank for example will take away your grace period on the card you are transferring to. Read the terms carefully with any lender.
