seeking Free Consumer Credit Counseling $5115 cr debit.
income most likely will not increase and going through a divorce not sure if paying off debit /or to file bankruptcy, no funds to pay a lawyer so what else is there to do?

You surely do not want to file bankruptcy over 5k worth of debt. I advise reading as much as you can on this subject. If you have no funds to pay now, you will just have to let it ride. Very seldom will debt collectors drag you to court, if you can't pay you can't pay. Sometimes ignoring debt and letting it harm your credit is the only thing that a person can do.
