Scoring by credit utilization sometimes makes little to no sense.
I am being dinged for having high balances on two accounts that charge zero-percent interest. I will probably pay these balances off before they revert to a higher interest rate. I suppose I could transfer portions of these balances to other open accounts, but I would be charged a processing fee for each transfer. I think this kind of situation should be taken into consideration when calculating a score. (It would probably be a fairly easy tweak to the algorithm.)
