renting a house
Im trying to rent a house according to credit Karma , I have poor credit. Will this stop me from being approved? FYI credit score is 582
I have rental hx and I don't owe anyone as far as rent!

Depends on landlord/manager.

I had a lousy credit rating  when I applied to move into an apartment, but she had her own evaluation criteria, so I was able to get in.  If you have a good rental history and have made payments on time, no damage, etc.  you just might be able to get into that house.  But, make sure you're approved before giving notice on your current residence.
