Hi, i have over 4 years of ontime rent payment that was never added on my credit report. i paid a comapny and know they are working with my landlord to start contacting them when he receives the rent and they in turn will contact all three credit agencies. they told me that they can only establish 24 months of rent because the credit agencies wont go back four years, so i am losing 24 months worth of ontime rent. it has been three months and thus far, the rent has not been added to my credit, which should increase it by many points. i noticed it on Transunion, but they have not added it to the actual report as of today. is anyone going through the same scenario? my score will go way over 720 when the rent credit is added, according to the rental organizatoin. any help would be great. Thanks
