Removing items more than 7 years ago...
How can I remove items that are more than 7 years old? And if I do so, will this help increase my score?! Thank you for the help, it is much appreciated !!!!

Don't be trying to remove accounts that were closed in good standing, doing so would hurt your credit.

Anything negative on your report that is over 7 years old will drop off.  If the payment record is excellent, that account is doing you some good, so let it be.  It will disappear in its own due time.
