removing deliquent accounts
I have old accounts that show deliquent from 2009/2010. The accounts are paid off and closed. How do I have those accounts removed from my credit report?

By law, they can stay on your report for 7 & 1/2 years from date it was paid off.  However, they should show as "paid" and "closed".  If not, then dispute the status with all three credit bureaus.  You may get lucky and they'll come off rather than verify the info.
