Removed/Reapplied an old collection within a month, not origainal creditor?
The collection company that's had the account since the original creditor turned it over in 2009, had for some reason removed it in 8/2013and reapplied it in 9/2013. The company has 2 different letterheads with multiple addresses and numbers within the same city as well as different agents over the years.
The collection was due to fall off on 3/2016 the 7 year rule.
Will it be restarted as of Sept 2013
What if anything can I do?

dispute it with the credit bureaus reporting the debt. Just because your creditors sold it to another collection agency doesn't mean that it is a new debt to you. Same rules apply. Just let the bureaus know that it is a duplicate of your previous debt and that it is old. They should remove it by law.... Good luck my friend...
