One of the three agencies lists a collection but Credit Karma does not

Which of the three lists the colleciton?   Credit Karma only reflects for two.   If it is not reported to all three agencies, the agencies do not share information and thus will cause your scores to be different on each.    It is possible that if it resulted in a court appearance, it may appear in Public Notices as opposed to a collection.   Also look at the date, if the date is beyond the 7 years, it is not being reported while it is still on your overall credit report.  There are numerous items on your credit report that is viewable only to you.  (IE:  Soft inquires are seen by you and not by creditors seeking your report.)
