Remove from your credit history
in the divorce my ex-wife is responsible for the pay off of the house as i quick claimed it to her before our divorce. It is stated in the divorce that it is hers and she is responsible for making the rest of the payment but my score keeps taking a hit when she misses a payment.

Your name is still on the loan

Was the bank notified?  She would need to refinance the mortgage because the original loan has your name on it. Your name can't just be removed. It has to be paid off.

Goid luck with that one.
