Removal of Bankruptcy Filing that was rescinded
I filed the paperwork for personal bankruptcy, but rescinded it within a day or two. Unfortunately, it still shows up as a negative on my credit reports. Because it was not completed and was instead rescinded, can this be removed from my credit reports, and if so, what is the procedure to do so?
