Time to call a consumer law attorney that handles FDCPA cases. FDCPA stands for "fair debt collection practices act". While the FDCPA mostly pertains to debt collectors and not original creditors, an attorney that handles these types of cases would be the best to speak to. I recommend the law firm of Kimmel & Silverman if they practice in your state. You could also file complaints with the BBB, attorney general's office, etc. Under no circumstances should you provide the company calling you with any type of personal information and be aware that they may not even be a legit company, but a scammer instead.
