They generally fall off in seven years of being paid.  So when you paid it, seven years after that date.  If it's unpaid, it likely won't go away.  It's possible that Transunion never had the Lien on there to begin with, or they removed it for some reason.  Needless to say, it's going to be on there until at-least 2019, some people say 10+ years, but no, they generally fall off in 6-8 of being paid.  You can always try to get it removed sooner, but it'll take some effort, I can go into detail if needed.
