Try credit simulator program

Helpful to 1 out of 2 people

One way to find out what actions will have what effect on your credit is to go to the credit simulator program and input the data.  This way, it's not going to hurt you should you make the wrong decision.

That's primarily what this site is for.  You can input the data via the simulator and see if a certain action will help or hurt your score without the pain of actually doing something, only to discover it was a bad idea.

Play around with the financial tools on this site and see.  It's a helpful site for those who actually use it.
