Pay Cards Down Gradually? Evenly or Highest Interest?
I have 9 credit cards with utilization of 90%. Have received lump sum which will not be repeated. Wish to improve credit score. Can pay down to 50% after keeping cash reserve. Should I pay down all at once or gradually over several months? Should I pay down evenly so each at 50% or highest interest first so have lowest at 20% and highest at 80%? Or should I just make substantial payments over minimum on all cards for as long as I can?
