Paid up car loan not being reported
When I filed for bankruptcy in 10/09, I reaffirmed my car loan with Capital One. I continued to make on time payments, and have NEVER been late in over four years. Despite this, my on-time payment record has not been reported to any of the credit bureaus, and the loan is listed as "included in bankruptcy". I suspect that the inclusion of these on time payments would raise my credit score considerably. What is my best course of action (other than threatening to cancel my three Capital One credit cards)?
