Paid a bill from 2012 that I should have disputed
I feel I was bullied into paying a bill from 2012 that I know nothing about. Can I still dispute it?

Only if it has incorrect information on it. If the account was really not yours, then yes dispute it, but since you paid it, that doesn't really look to good on your side. I know I am not convinced.

Disputing the validity of the account will be difficult. Because you made a payment, you basically acknowledged that it IS your account. It will remain on your account for atleast 7 years.
