Over 30% credit card utilization
Payed off all credit cards August 19, 2016. All show zero balance except CITI.. When can I expect this to show up on Transunion and Equifax which will ultimately be a positive step upwards in my scores. Thank you, John Cott

You need to review your accounts here on Credit Karma, it reflects the last reported date.   You can presume that they will report once per month on or about that date.  (About as they don't normally report on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays).   That date is when the credit bureau will make the adjustment.   Sometimes the bureau updates in batches, so it may not be immediate.  You should see your score adjustment within 2 to 4 weeks after the update by the credit card company  here on Credit Karma.

It is possible that CITI reports to Experian since few creditors report to more than one credit bureau and they select which one they report to.  Go to annualcreditreport.com and get copies of all three credit reports so you can find out what is reported where.  While doing that, you could find some wrong information, which you want to dispute.  I suggest reading the articles on this site so you can learn about credit and how to smartly handle it.
