My score was 750, after I got jc penney credit card, my score went down 742, why so many points? I have.2 other.credit card from capital one that I had used for a.long time, should I cancel both, how many points they take out from my score.. Thanks

The hard inquiry and the new (but lower) average length of credit history are the reasons. Those are because you applied and got approved for a new credit card.
