% on time dropped on CK when I refinanced auto
I refinanced an auto loan that I had for 24 months. Never late- always paid above the balance due. I refinanced it and opened a credit card two months ago. No late payments on the new accounts, however CK dropped my on-time % by 15%. Did they stop counting the payments to the loan I paid off? The ONLY late payments I've had were on my mortgage: one late payment over 2 yrs ago and about 5 in a row (30 days late) three years ago. I have two open auto loans and one credit card- all never late. Is CK correctly portraying my % on time??

Credit Karma only counts open accounts, not closed ones.
