Now if i pay credit card in full Like would i still remain a poor credit?
Ok i have poor credit and thats because i have a balance on my credit card that i havent paid. Now if i pay that in full as of tomorrow how fast will my credit score rise to a better grade? Like would i still remain a poor credit?

I find it hard to believe that your poor credit scores are due to one account, but if that is truly the case, then YES, paying it off will increase your credit score pretty quickly.  How quickly it changes depends on when the creditor makes their monthly reports to the bureaus, but in any case you should see a change 30 days after you pay off the card.
