not billed correctly
all my accounts are medical, from a very serious condition. i had medicare and medicaid at the time and these should all have been paid. i did not even know i had these charges till i just now checked my account. i never got a bill so it is too late to run these through my insurance after all this time. but i dispute that i owe these bills. it is between 3-4,000. i live on disability with serious health problems and cannot afford another payment.

If you haven't already, send letters to all three credit bureaus and ask them to send you validation that these accounts are yours.  Be persistent but polite and be ready to repeat the process every month until the items are removed.  Best of luck!

the accounts are mine, but it should all have been covered by my insurance. it is from 2008, so the insurance will not go back that far. if i had known at the time, i could have taken care of it, but it is too late for the insurance now.
