New low interest loan to payoff high interest loan? Or high int credit cards(4)?
Currently paying on high interest loan and high interest credit cards. Getting new loan to lower interest to pay down outstanding balance better, but should I pay off the credit cards and pay on two loans? Or pay off the loan and manage CCs best as can with a no-ending balance in sight? And pray nothing major breaks down again that will result in me using the CCs again.

Take the low interest loan and pay off the higher one. Then you still have one loan and credit cards. If you were to pay off the credit cards, then you would have two loans with no cc debt at the start, but things come up and you will use the cc's and next thing you know, you have all the credit card debt back with 2 loans to pay instead of one.
